Information (Customer Data) Supplied by the Subscriber on its customers Cyber Response Plan also stores data its subscribers collect on their customers (customer data). Cyber Response Plan has no claim, ownership, or entitlements to the subscriber’s customer data. Cyber Response Plan cannot share, distribute, alter, export, or view (unless requested as part of a support case) customer data. Cyber Response Plan does retain the right to delete all customer data upon subscriber termination of their agreement with Cyber Response Plan. Termination can be either requested by the client or forced by Cyber Response Plan in instances where a breach of agreement exists (misuse, non-payment, etc.) How Cyber Response Plan Uses the Subscriber Information Collected We use the information we collect from you to customize our services, improve the content of our application and website, and notify you about our products and services. Cyber Response Plan may also use the information for internal purposes, such as studying our viewers’ preferences. We use the information collected regarding the activity on our Web site (such as the number of viewers and the pages commonly visited) on an anonymous basis.
